Too expensive!!

I know, I know, this book is made for collectors and these things are usually expensive but i was expecting something much better. It's just a nice book with some examples of old-time advertising, but, where are the descriptions?? You can hardly see any. I'm disappointed cos it's definitely too expensive for what it shows...

Great book, lots of rare items, hundreds of color photos. fantastic descriptions, etc.

Overall I give this book 5 stars. I think it is well worth the price of the book to be able to see some of the rare items in it and values, etc.
Book has a lot of items in it that you can keep a eye out for at fleamarkets, auctions, etc.
Fantastic color photos along with well written descriptions and also gives values on the items. The value on most antiques varies a little from year to year so this book can give you a general guide to go by as far as the prices and values of the items in the book.
This book will give you a idea of the value of the items and what to watch out for and things like that.
All books are getting to be more expensive but they are well worth their value if you find just one item in the book and get a good deal on the item.
I am very pleased with this book and I am sure you will be too.
