Fun card collection.

Anyone who has lived in St. Louis will enjoy this book. The over 300 cards are reproduced in color, and some at larger than original size. The cards span from the undivided back of the1900's, though linens, to 1950' chrome. Some of my favorite cards include: the Union station in 1907 with trolleys, horses, and men in suits; scenes from the Eads bridge, and the Admiral (which in my youth was the worlds largest floating pinball arcade). I learned new things about St. Louis such as having a Daily German Newspaper, and the highlands amusement park. I thought there should have been more 1904 World's fair cards (just 2 really), and I would have appreciated more detailed locations for example on one "shows a residential area with the water tower'.
